Official Transcripts

Liberty University Online Academy requires official transcripts from all schools that your student has attended regardless of the grade he/she will be entering. Official transcripts must be mailed directly from the issuing institution to:

Unofficial transcripts

For initial evaluation of transfer credits, unofficial transcripts for students entering grades 9 through 12 can be faxed to LUOA Admissions at (866) 418-8730.

Homeschool transcripts

Students who have been homeschooled must provide transcripts, or homeschool records, reflecting all courses completed, credits earned (or hours spent) and the letter grade earned. Courses should be categorized according to intended grade level. For guidance, view a sample transcript.
