2009/2010 U.S. Students: Tuition and Fees

Interest-free, monthly payment options are available for tuition charges. Registration fees are non-refundable and apply to each student.

Liberty Online Academy Courses are offered in both full-year courses (containing 10 units, equivalent to 1 credit) and half-year courses (containing 5 units, equivalent to 1/2 credit).

Application/Registration & Diagnostic Fees $50 per student

 

Technology Fee
   
Per Student $150 per year

 

Full-Time Student Tuition
   
Full-time students (enrolled in five or more credits per year) $495 per credit
   
Full-time students can take advantage of certain money-saving offers and can earn their high school diploma through LUOA. 247.50 per 1/2 credit

 

Standardized Testing
   
Annual Stanford 10 Online testing $50

 

Family Tuition Plan
   
1-2 students enrolled in at least five credits for the year or 2.5 credits for a semester

$495 per credit

$247.50 per 1/2 credit
   
Third and any additional students 20% discount

 

Part-Time Students


• A part-time student is one who enrolls in only select LUOA courses.
• Part-time students are not required to take a placement test or complete standardized testing.
• Part-time students do not have to submit official transcripts.
• The part-time option is provided for students who are homeschooled or enrolled in another school but need a few specific courses to supplement their education.

 

Part-Time Student Tuition
   
Full year - 1 credit course $495 per subject
   
Half year (one semester) - .5 credit course $247.50 per subject
